Hi all! exams and semester craziness got you down? join me and stevie for some sit spotting this Friday afternoon!
What is a sit spot, you ask? it’s the magical art of walking into the woods, finding a nice spot, and sitting there. This is a common practice to calm your brain, slow down your day, and enjoy time in nature to build your sense of awareness. come celebrate spring and learn from sit-spot-guru Stevie and add some peace to your day!
