WEEKLY WANDER #11: Gratitude

OVERVIEW

Surprise its me max! Evelyn has sadly been taken hostage by assignments so I am subbing for her this week (don’t worry she will be back soon). It is a bit of a gloomy time of year with finals looming and sunshine lacking and temperatures dropping. however, I’ve been doing my best to practice gratitude when I can and I’d like to invite you all to join me. Gratitude is a great way to ground and gladden the mind especially at the end of a long week. Join me at slaughter with something to write with and on and we will find a nice spot to reflect and jot down some things we’re grateful for.
Here’s our little plan:
3:00 Meet at Slaughter and head up the O’Hill trails
3:20 Arrive at our spot and start writing
3:40 head back down to slaughter
4:00 Go our separate ways

NOTE: this is part of the Weekly Wander series of beginner-friendly, regular trips around grounds. first-years and new members especially welcome!! (and literally everyone is especially welcome. everyone needs some gratitude time.)
ALSO NOTE: it looks like there is a chance of snow on friday. Best case scenario it snows a lot and we can just enjoy the snow. Worst case scenario we get one of snow’s nasty cousins (sleet or freezing rain). I will keep everyone posted as we get closer
