WEEKLY WANDER #2: WHAT EVEN IS THE GEAR ROOM? (guided tour of the gear room!!) (with hot chocolate!!!)

OVERVIEW

Calling all people who have ever been confused about where the gear room is!!! (should be everyone in odc).
This week we are wandering to the mystical wonderful GEAR ROOM to learn exactly how to get there from first-year dorms, and how to navigate the stash of incredible gear that is FREE AND ACCESSIBLE TO YOU* (*if you are a dues-paying member of the club!) (which hopefully you are if you’re reading this email).
I personally am often still confused to this day about how to get to the gear room… it often hides and only reveals itself to worthy odc members. therefore we will go on a journey together (WITH HOT CHOCOLATE) on this splendid Thursday afternoon to find and understand the secrets of the gear room!! AND we’ll have fantabulous gearmaster Chris to help us find our way around. 🙂

PLAN:
Thursday 4:30pm meet at corner of echols
locate the gear room (~10 minute mosey)
explore the gear room and drink hot chocolate and be amazed
check out gear!! (optional)
5:15(ish) part ways

YOU BRING:
A MUG FOR HOT CHOCOLATE

WE BRING:
a huge thermos of hot water
gear knowledge
