Whitewater Kayaking: Intermediate/Advanced, Lower New River Gorge!

OVERVIEW

Lower New River Gorge, Cunard to Fayette Station.

This is an Intermediate – Advanced Whitewater kayak trip.
Class III +

Skill requirements: You must have a combat roll to attend this trip.

Note: Safety whistle and float bags required.

Everyone gets wait listed until I screen your skills.

Camping: Ray’s Campground
The club will cover your camp fee ($8.50 per person per night)

FOOD PLANS: Eat somewhere on the way Friday evening. Hot Breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning, river snacks for lunch. Eat at Pies & Pints Saturday evening. Eat somewhere on the way home Sunday evening. NOTE: Please bring extra $$$ for dinners.

CLUB PROVIDES: Boats & gear if you need it, camping gear if you need it, YOU are responsible for checking out/bringing and returning all necessary paddling and camping gear for this trip.

My personal intentions:
Depart: Friday evening after work around 4/5pm
Paddle NRG Saturday
Paddle NRG Sunday
Return home: Sunday after paddling.
