Winter Hike and Waterfalls in Shenendoah

OVERVIEW

The Cedar Run & Whiteoak Canyon trail parallels several beautiful waterfalls. The first half of the 9-mile loop, we’ll hike downhill to the bottom of a valley, and we’ll hike out for the second half. There’s also a natural waterslide, so if sliding into a freezing pond during the heart of winter sounds appealing, bring a bathing suit and towel!

Everyone will be added to the waitlist and I will add people depending on the number of cars we have. If the weather is questionable, check your email before meeting at Echols in the morning.

You bring: lunch, water (2 liters), bathing suit (optional), park pass if you have one

Club provides: gas, a ride, and park entrance
