Howdy y’all,

Once again time for some more fun Friday climbing, and there’s some sweet trad climbing out at wintergreen. I was there for the first time not too long ago and it was a pretty cool area with some nice climbs. This is a trad climbing trip, so moderate lead climbing experience would be best. If anyone is feeling ready, then there are some nice beginner routes that can make for a good first lead. If we have time we can also do anchor-building practice at the base of the crag and on belaying from above.

What you need to bring:
– Helmet
– Harness
– Climbing shoes
– Chalk if you want it
– Lunch/ snacks
– Water (2L)
– Appropriate clothing to be outside all day
