WTF (women, trans, femme) BEGINNER MTB

OVERVIEW

HELLO beginner mountain bikers! Come join me and Jade this Friday for a beginner mountain biking ride at Ohill! This trip is an affinity trip for women, femme, trans and nonbinary members (so please only sign up if you identify as part of this group!). Mountain biking is such a male dominated sport, both in our club and in general, and we know that joining a trip that is all (or mostly) men can be intimidating, especially as a beginner. So if you have ever felt that way about a biking trip, come join us on Friday!!

Since this trip is for beginners, the only prerequisite is being comfortable riding on a bike! We will show you everything else! We will take plenty of breaks while riding, and will being riding SLOW! So know that you ARE CAPABLE of this trip and WE WANT YOU HERE!

water (+ a backpack to carry the water)
layers (if it’s cold!)

330 meet at 116 Washington Avenue (the shrack) to gather bikes + go over basics
345 bike up Ohill
5/515 head back to the shrack
