OVERVIEW

I am O so excited for CREEKATHON 25 and are hoping to enlighten you with my expansive yoga knowledge (i do not know how to do yoga. sort of). We are going to have a nice post-lunch stretch which will allow us to bask and digest at the same time in the most relaxing way possible. We will do some some partner/group yoga as well so please give your best suggestions.

I will gather us all post-lunch and we will find a nice spot and go crazy.
