YOGA AT THE CREEK (CREEKATHON)

Hello! Katie and I are oh so excited for CREEKATHON 25 and are hoping to enlighten you with our expansive yoga knowledge (we don’t really know what we’re doing exactly but it will be fun). We are planning on doing some partner/group yoga as well so please give us your best suggestions. You don’t need any yoga knowledge or experience to join we are just going to be stretching around and having a good time!

Times are loose. We will plan to gather and go find a yoga spot once we arrive at the creek.

You bring:
– towel/yoga mat/find some nice dirt
– flexibility
