you really wanna go for a bike ride (int-adv road biking)

OVERVIEW

It is supposed to be super nice this Tuesday so it’ll be a great day to get a long ride in. I am planning to ride a route that is about 20 miles to Owensville, VA and back. I rode this route over the summer and it is a fun ride but super hilly and there are cars so you should be a seasoned rider. You also should have your own road/gravel bike to ride, helmet (can set you up w a club one if necessary) and ideally some sort of way to carry water. We will not be riding gravel but I ride a gravel bike on road and it works great. You should also have ridden a bike before.

Plan: We will be meeting at the shrack at 12 pm and leaving from there towards Owensville Road. It is a very pretty ride through the farmland. We can take stops as needed and there is an old gas station we can stop at. We should be back at 4 pm at the latest, but I am shooting for 3:30.

You need:

a bike
helmet
Water (1-2 liters)
cycling clothes
