If you saw the weekly announcement, you might have been wondering, what is this village in southern Italy that was buried by the Mount Vesuvius eruption? Well, to answer your question, it was the famous city of Pompeii.
We would like to commemorate this great tragedy with throwing the most amazing celebration of it. How will this work? Well, you might own a toga (bed sheet) or maybe a tunic? This would be proper attire for the Night in Pompeii.
Togas, Wine, and the Eruption of Mt. Vesuvius, what more could someone ask for?
The celebration will be hosted on Saturday, Feb 15th at approximately 9pm on 116 Washington Ave (thy shrack).
I am most excited to toast wine, wear togas, and remember such a stunning city.
