Hello everyone!
We’ve been receiving lots of emails from people about gear rooms and we wanted to clear some things up!
- Unlike last year, you do NOT need to email us before coming to a gear room! In fact, the officers would prefer that you just come to the gear room with an idea of what you want, and request the gear there!
- You may only check out gear for yourself and ONE other person. This means that you cannot check out more than 2 sleeping bags, 2 sleeping pads, one tent, etc.
- You are expected to bring gear back within ONE WEEK of checking it out. If you need gear for a longer period of time than that, you MUST email the officers explaining your circumstances. Keeping gear past its due date constitutes as an honor violation!
- This Friday’s gear room is cancelled! Please plan accordingly.
